COMMUNITY VOICES
Voices from the Field
Real stories of transformation from the farmers,
women, and children whose lives have been changed
through FIDA's community-driven programs.
Increased Crop Yield
"Before joining the Farmer Field School, I had no knowledge of integrated pest management. After completing the training, my cotton yield increased significantly and my input costs reduced. FIDA changed how I farm."
Muhammad Akram
FFS Graduate, District Vehari
Empowered Through Education
"The Women Open School gave me knowledge about nutrition and homestead gardening. Now I grow vegetables at home and my children eat healthier food. I also learned food preservation and earn additional income."
Nasreen Bibi
WOS Graduate, District Khanewal
Food Security for My Family
"During the floods, our family had nothing to eat. The Village Food Facility established by FIDA ensured we received food support. It was not just food — it restored our dignity and gave us hope to rebuild."
Fatima Khatoon
VFF Beneficiary, District Muzaffargarh
Training Others to Thrive
"FIDA trained me as a Farmer Facilitator and gave me the skills to train others in my village. I have since trained over 25 farmers in sustainable practices. This knowledge multiplies and the whole community benefits."
